I like to incorporate many ideas and visual elements to create various pieces. I enjoy working on editorial design, photography, and brand identity. My passion for design and photography challenges the euro-centric print magazine culture and editorial design by utilizing experimental layout, texture, typography, and color with a clean, journalistic, and edgy aesthetic. I strive to learn, cultivate, and be part of the fashion industry.

Erika Bastos, she/her/hers
I’m a senior graphic designer and I specialize in branding, packaging, and environmental design. In contrast, I believe that design has impacted and has created the purpose of all artists and people’s lives in many ways. I am a designer who used the conception of motion and organic elements to understand the movement that sees structure and purposes as one. I approach design that intends to create pieces of construction from the inside and out, and this way, I simulate the energy and tangible forces of my design and projects.

Sadie Thevenin, she/her/hers
After my first semester at Lesley, everything I had learned from years past doing graphic design, developed into a different type of thinking for me. I changed my major to interactive design. With the ways that people’s needs, and technology are evolving, it’s just something I couldn’t ignore. Changing my major has made me a better designer and constantly has me thinking about how I can make a difference in a user’s experience with applications and products. My belief is that UX can go beyond being solely screen-based. People can have experiences in the physical realm. When I’m not solving complex problems with UX systems, I’m a senior at Lesley and a crochet enthusiast and museum excursions are my favorite pastime especially when I get to travel into the greater Boston area and explore beyond my hometown.

Bryan Moschella, any pronouns
I am an interactive Designer who always thinks accessibility should come first! Accessibility is extremely important to the philosophy of Universal Design, which is something I stand by. Universal Design, meaning design that is accessible to all regardless of who you are. Accessibility is something that shows in my work, and I have started thinking about disability as a whole, which has driven my design immensely. The user’s experience is always the most important in design. Design should be for the Universe.
